SJ60, SJ75, SJ90, SJ120, SJ150 single screw extruders with special screw design, suitable for PE, PP and other materials. Using buffering mixing section and large L/D ratio 36:1 screws for good plasticization, high output and wide adaptability to raw materials. Bimetallic screw and barrel effectively improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, achieving longer service life.

Material is extruded from the extruder through the inner and outer dies of the double layer pipe die head. Suba die head short channel design (reduced by 25%) effectively lowers melt pressure, achieving low temperature, low pressure extrusion — production efficiency 25% higher than conventional die heads. Dynamic inner and outer wall thickness adjustment without stopping extruders.
